Parkour
Imagine you are running away from a bunch of bad guys, or even running late for work, parkouring would really help you do some crazy shit and of course make you look really cool with people. Of course as you are all well aware, that some people are expert parkourers, which means they dedicate their lives into making sure that no path is impossible.
For example in the Assassin Creed franchise, every protagonist makes parkour look like a damn cake walk, and if some of us, try to attempt this in real life we will fail miserably.
