Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter

We’ve been eagerly waiting for news about Trials In The Sky 2nd Chapter ever since it was announced for a September 2026 release.

Well, we now have a release date for the game, and we’re going to return to Estelle and Joshua’s adventures on September 17th for PS5, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and PC. The new game is all set to bring the first one’s excellent touches to the table, remaining true to the original experience while doing enough to justify remaking it for a modern audience. We were very happy with the first one, and see no reason to expect anything less from the upcoming addition to the franchise.

Of course, those who jumped in with the 1st Chapter will be meeting a lot of new faces this time around, each one bringing distinct backstories, motivations, and skill sets to use in the revamped combat. There are also some exciting pre-order bonuses to grab across all playable platforms for those of you who share our enthusiasm, including (but not limited to) new costumes, music tracks, and even an HD version of the original title on consoles (albeit only in Japan).

For those of you who don’t, maybe a new trailer will change your mind.
