Ladies and Gentlemen of Tropico! Now is a time of prosperity and joy for your beloved El Presidente’s island and all its inhabitants.
Tropico 5 was today confirmed to have a global Xbox 360 release date of November 2014. Tropico 5 isn’t your ordinary sim though, in Tropico you are El Presidente, you are Dictator, you are law. Gamers that purchase Tropico 5 will get everything they expect out of the popular dictator simulator, plus a little bit extra. The game will include (free of charge), The Big Cheese DLC pack, bringing even more iron fisted goodness to the game.
If you’re of the right persuasion, you might even want to get in early and pre order the Tropico 5 Limited Special Edition which comes bundled with your own passport, an island postcard and the Bayo del Olfato DLC pack for free which gives you a special costume and a new map. The Limited Special Edition also includes the above-mentioned Big Cheese DLC pack, ain’t that nice?
But what’s the Big Cheese DLC pack I hear you ask? Well, it’s quite literally about making big cheese, or a big cheese production line to be more specific. That’s right! Llama and goat cheese for all the lucky islanders! Taking your goats, llamas and other milk-able creatures to the creamery will open up the new commercial competition where you will have to create the best cheese in the world and out do the opposing cheese creators. I wish I was making this up.
