While the sequel to the game sucked, there is no reason for you not to try out Kane and Lynch Dead Men. Kane and Lynch does have a very deep story to it, and for all intent and purposes is an intense and very mature shooter, the game also features a very impressive soundtrack that really adds more depth to the game-play. If you are a fan of Michael Mann films like Collateral, Miami Vice, then you will be pleased to know that this game has similar tones to it.
