Valkyria Chronicles 4

Valkyria Chronicles 4 technically launched in Japan a few months ago (only on the PS4, the Switch version will launch later this year), but the western release won’t be till September. To prime people up for the launch, Sega have put out a brand new video, which shows us the opening cinematic for the game. You can see this video for yourself below.

The video isn’t too spoilery that I can tell (although I haven’t played the game, so what do I know), and shows us a fair bit of Ragnarok the dog (as well as the rest of the game’s heroes, and its villains too). We also see some events from the story, but they’re all out of context, so they probably don’t mean much to you yet. They do look cool and exciting, though. That said, I imagine series fans will enjoy some of the hints embedded in this video.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 launches on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 25.
