Valkyria Chronicles 4

The official Valkyria Chronicles 4 Twitter account just today revealed gameplay footage of three new characters we can expect in the game when it launches. The account, “Nikola and Kiara’s Infiltration Diary” introduces us to Vuanti, Odin, and Meybel.

There’s not a lot to spoil from these trailers, but they give us a glimpse of their archetypes. Vuanti is a shock trooper, while Meybel is a sniper and Odin is a recklesss scout. Meybel’s trailer shows off the new Brave system, which can assist the player in a near death situation.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is expected to launch on PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One sometime this year, and returns the series more to its roots, taking place on the opposite front from the original game. Japan has a launch date for the game, it will be hitting Switch in the summer and PS4 on March 21st. Thoughts on the new reveals? Let us know in the comments section below.
