Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Gets New Missions and Earnable Cosmetics in Rejects Unite Update

Developer Fatshark announced during the Warhammer Skulls event that co-op first-person shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is getting a massive content drop in a new update. Titled Rejects Unite, the update brings with it new missions, a new enemy, updates to the in-game store, and earnable cosmetics. The update is available now.

Headlining the Rejects Unite update is the addition of two new missions: Archivum Sycorax – Throneside, and Ascension Rise 31 – Transit. Archivum Sycorax – Throneside throws players deep into the archives and administratum offices of the planet, while Ascension Riser 31 – Transit is a remix mission part of the game’s first community event.

Other features of the update include the addition of the Chaos Spawn as a new enemy for players to fight, and the ability for players to earn new cosmetics by playing the game. As part of the update, players will now also be able to lock and unlock the cosmetic inventory view so that players can track all of their earned cosmetics in a better way. The game’s premium store is also returning to the game featuring new sets of cosmetic items.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is currently available on PC. After facing a fair bit of criticism due to a rocky launch, the planned Xbox Series X/S release has been delayed.
