Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is looking like it may just end up being worth the decade-plus of anticipation when it launches later this year, with each showing looking increasingly promising in the lead-up to the game’s launch.

Taking to Twitter, publisher Focus Entertainment recently shared some more new snippets of the upcoming action game. Specifically, the new gameplay footage focuses on the planet of Kadaku, and some of the locations that players will be visiting, including its dense forests, marshlands, imperial fortresses, and more. There will, of course, be plenty of Tyranids for protagonist Titus and his squadmates to kill as well. Check out the tweet below for a glimpse.

Recently, Focus Entertainment and developer Saber Interactive also released an overview trailer, detailing the game’s campaign, co-op mode, competitive multiplayer, progression, and more. Check it out through here.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 launches on September 9 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
