Saber Interactive continues to expand on various facets of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 with a new trailer focusing on the Tyranid Swarms. As one of the main enemies of all creation, the Tyranids have a hive mind, attacking as one and consuming everything in their wake.
As the trailer notes, the Hormigaunt is quick but easy enough to take down alone. If you’re assailed by hundreds all at once, the best strategy is to let loose with a Heavy Bolter or swing for the fences with the Chain Sword. The sight of them skittering across the ground or swarming in the distance like the Machines in The Matrix: Revelations is something to behold.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 launches on September 9th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, having gone gold earlier this month. A nearly-year old build recently leaked, for which Focus Entertainment and Saber have issued a statement. Head here for more details.
