Watch Dogs 2’s Creative Director Shares Loads Of New Information On The Game In This Masterclass Session

Can Watch Dogs 2 be actually good?

Will Watch Dogs 2 actually be any good? We like what we’ve seen of the game so far, obviously, but a lot of Ubisoft’s games look great until they actually release, which is when they turn out to be pretty disappointing- even the original Watch Dogs was like this! So can we actually trust in this new game?

I don’t know if I’ve necessarily come around on the game itself yet, but I have come around on Watch Dogs 2‘s Creative Director Jonathan Morin- he seems to be honest, candid (he flat out came out and said ‘Watch Dogs 2 won’t have the towers mechanic from other Ubisoft games,’ no words minced), but most of all, he seems to be fun- fun, which is something that was particularly missing from the original Watch Dogs.

Will any of this reflect in the new game? We don’t know yet. But to hear him talk about Watch Dogs 2, you’re almost sold on it. Almost. If you don’t believe me, you can check out him talking about the game for 30 minutes, while presenting new gameplay footage in the process, for yourself below, at a Masterclass session during E3 2016.

Watch Dogs 2 launches this November for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
