Braveheart Reference in Dragon Age Origins
In Dragon Age Origins, the developers decided to put a very cool Easter Egg for the player to pick up on, that is of course, if the player is familiar with their movie trivia. In Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening, when you first meet Nathaniel Howe with an imported Warden, he will say “Aren’t you supposed to be ten feet tall? With lightning bolts shooting out of your eyes?” This sentence is an obvious reference to the film Braveheart, in which Willam Wallace is described as seven feet tall and able to defeat the English.
