Wii U gamepad “response time is crazy” – Ubisoft

Good news for people excited for the system.

The Wii U gamepad will display games which are streamed directly from the console, and if you’re having doubts over the quality of the stream or whether it lags or not, rest assured, the entire process is very smooth.

Ubiosft’s Michel Ancel told Nintendo Power in an interview that the response time is really good. Ancel is making Rayman Legends for the system which is an exclusive, and the publisher is supporting the system with quite a bunch of games like Zombie U.

“The response time is crazy,” he continued, “In fact, and I think competitors will need some time to [get their solutions] this responsive. The Wii U may look like just another Nintendo gimmick to some, but the technology and power we are seeing from this console may just change a few people’s minds about this one,” he said.
