The Secret Cow level is probably one of the most popular gaming easter eggs of all time, one that became so big and self sustaining that it became a self realizing meme, with a secret cow level actually being included in Diablo 2, due to the rumors about it being in the first game. And now, Blizzard have gone ahead and added a Secret Cow Level to World of Warcraft in honor of Diablo‘s 20th anniversary.

Mysterious portals are apparently showing up all over the game, transporting players to a Cow Level, where players can kill cows for loot, before facing on the Cow Kink (from Reddit, via Eurogamer). You can check out a video showcasing all of this below for yourself.

World of Warcraft is available now on PCs and Macs. The game’s latest expansion, Legion, released last year, and has widely been acclaimed as the best World of Warcraft expansion since Wrath of the Lich King almost a decade ago.
