World of Warcraft movie still happening

We all know that a movie based on World of Warcraft is under production. But there is hardly any news about it. Over at Comic Con Blizzard Entertainmen’s Vice President of Creative Development Chris Metzen revealed that movie is still under works but the process has slowed down. He mentioned that Sam Raimi is “still very passionate” to make the movie but there are a few obstacles which when cleared, then “hopefully it’ll start moving very quickly, very soon.”

Metzen also mentioned about the next lore-based novel which will be called The Shattering. He said that ,”there are dark times ahead for Azeroth with the return of Deathwing and quakes destroying large parts of the game world.  It’s going to get rough out there for a while, he admitted. “But there’s a plan. The great heroes always rise to the top.”
