Xenon Valkyrie is a roguelike platformer that was originally made for the PC. A revamped version of the game with some major improvements was then released as Xenon Valkyrie+ for the PS Vita. Now, it has been revealed that Xenon Valkyrie+ will be making its way on to both the PS4 and Xbox One on February 20 and February 21 respectively. A trailer has also been released to celebrate the game’s release on these consoles.
This roguelike indie game will see players play as a female protagonist as she fights her way through hordes of enemies while collecting epic items along the way. The game will definitely seem nostalgic to many gamers with its retro art style and chiptune music and its high difficulty. There’s also a legendary story that players will see unfold as they attempt to reach the center of the moon so as to stop the evil plans of a witch.
