This year, Sega will be launching Yakuza Kiwami 2, the remake of Yakuza 2 in the modern gameplay style of the series, made in the Dragon Engine, exclusively on the PS4. Ahead of the release of the remake later this year, Sega has shared an extended trailer for the game which you can see for yourself below.

This trailer is, as suggested, an extended version of the announcement trailer of the game—but that’s a great thing, because we get to see more gameplay footage for the title, and how what is commonly considered to be the best story in the series by its fans will be translated in the new gameplay style.

You can check out the trailer for the game for yourself below. Yakuza Kiwami 2 will launch exclusively on the PlayStation 4 in North America, and Europe later this year. It launched in Japan in December last year, so we’re almost caught up with them now!
