Zen Studios have announced that Zen Pinball 2 is heading to the Wii U on the eShop as a digitally downloadable title. It’s coming out later this month in both NA and Europe.
You can choose to purchase additional tables but the core game will be free to download for everyone, and also includes free trials for each tables. The game is supposed to take advantage of what the Wii U has to offer, and they have listed a huge list of features.
The gamepad features include controlling the plunger on the touch screen, rotating camera views, accessing information via the dot matrix and Free View control by titling the Wii U gamepad. It uses the sensors inside the Wii U to achieve that.
There are some bonus tables like Super Hero, zombie themed Plants vs. Zombies table and more.

- Zen Classic Pack featuring Tesla, El Dorado, V12, Shaman
- Marvel Pinball featuring Spider-Man, Wolverine, Blade and Iron Man
- Marvel Pinball: Avengers Chronicles featuring Marvel’s The Avengers, Infinity Gauntlet, World War Hulk, Fear Itself
- Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue featuring X-Men, Thor, Ghost Rider, Moon Knight
- Individual DLC Tables: Plants vs. Zombies, Excalibur, Earth Defense, Sorcerer’s Lair, Paranormal, Mars, Epic Quest, Captain America, Fantastic Four
