Its been a while since we have heard news regarding Metal Gear Solid: The Movie. There have been many speculations as to who will play what. Through this short article, GamingBolt brings to you the expected cast of Metal Gear Solid movie. Now having said that we have picked these stars only on the basis of their talents and their similarity as compared to the characters in the video game. you just nail it with Cillian Murphy.. and maybe Hugh Jackman but all the others actors would make the movie look like an Ocean Thirteen sequel

Snake, Otacon, Naomi and The Boss are nailed. Russell as Big Boss is pretty much a given. However, Daniel Craig as Campbell doesn’t really fit. He isn’t old enough to play the Colonel. The exact opposite is also true for Raiden: Cruise isn’t young enough.

yea Kurt Russell as big boss bringing him back from the old ecsape from New York and LA
Hugh Jackman as solid snake would be awsome to have the laided back collness with the dangerous and mad stlyes from his privouse film he would make it his own
Raiden need to be some one whos you like i his 20’s cuz he has no experianse in real war sitchuation but the he would have to be able to be aglie and nimble for when he turn i to the ninja
im not sure about otacon yet i think it could work as long as he can perform as the tech guy who loses every he loves
Rhona Mitra is a good contender for beaing Naomi hunter she has the right attetude to be able to seek revenge for the death of her family plus the soft side to get who ever she wants
Ray Park has a good history for being a stunt doubble for mortal kombat and being an actor on films since so him being greay fox has my thumbs up
Drew Barrymore i think would cut it for the early years of merly when she was trying to get in to fox hound but im not sure about the later on type when she the comander of a team she seams to girly for that role
Lena Heady as the boss dosnt sit right with me she dosnt have the right feeling to her meaning not being the rough and tough type to get the role right of being the women who has to keep to a script of defing the amricans to die for the of ding for the american goverment
i think Daniel Craig has a chanse to be Roy Campbell i think hes the right age for the first in the series and hopefuly the rest of them to cuz he could do the part well

Christian Bale as Snake is a much more appropriate pick, i mean hes even got the voice or maybe even Eric Bana, when those two are considered Jackman can be a good possibility.

-Hugh Jackman as Snake? NO! Christian Bale is the right man. Or a other not so famous but good actor.
-Tom Cruise as Raiden? Come on! One way to destroy your movie, Ryan Philipe is a good actor for that role.

- Rhona Mitra, not a really good actress but she is hot.
- Kurt Russel? NO! Does´nt look like Snake.
- Drew Barrymore as Meryl? No, she does´nt look like Meryl. And it would be like your watching Charlie´s Angels…

- Daniel Craig as Cambell? No to young.
If the make it a real Hollywood blockbuster it will suck hard, they have to contact Kojima to get his advice and make him part of the production. Otherwise it will be a bad representation of the series.

Bruce Willis as Big Boss, he is the spitting image, and Solidus Snake obviously because Solidus is supported to be an EXACT clone of Big Boss, Jackie Chan as Gray Fox because he needs to be agile but not as the voice, voice of Gray Fox should be Gerard Butler, Uma Thurman as The Boss and Pinhead from Hellraiser as The Pain, Jake Gyllenhaal as Young Ocelot, Ian McKellen Or Brian Cox as Old Ocelot, Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale or David Hayter as Snake and young Big Boss, Cameron Diaz as young EVA, sorry I don’t have a suggestion for Old EVA, Will Smith as young SIGINT and Samuel L Jackson as Old SIGINT (DARPA Chief), Catherine Zeta-Jones as Para-Medic, Robert Downey Jr as Otacon (Hal Emmerich), Jennifer Aniston as Emma Emmerich, Richard Hammond as Liquid Snake (think about it), Hayden Christiansen as Vamp (not sure), Daniel Craig as Young and Old Roy Campbell, Drew Barrymore as Meryl, Brad Pitt as Johnny (Akiba), Rachel Weisz as Naomi Hunter, no suggestion for Olga Gurlukovich sorry, no suggestion for Sunny.
