Call of Duty Black Ops 3

One of the most exciting things for most fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is that there is going to be a rather impressive zombie mode included in the game. Zombies have been a staple of what the Black Ops series brings to the table. With Black Ops 3, however Treyarch believes it has managed to offer something even bigger and better and badder. The new zombie mode kicks off with the name Shadow Of Evil.

Treyarch sat down with GamesRadar+ and talked about this new mode and what they have planned moving forward. It’s the biggest Zombies map we’ve ever done,” enthused producer Jason Blundell. “It’s large in terms of complexity, but also in verticality – there are so many ways to move around the city. Canals, scaffolding… there’s even a tram transit system”. The undead are said to be marching through the city, which means players will be taking them on in a number of different settings, such as strip clubs and  a magician’s workshop.

Not only is the map going to be that much bigger for this mode, but there are going to be features that haven’t popped up in other Black Ops games. This title will include the ability to craft weapons using the detritus that is laying around the battlefield. The big zombie mode is just the latest piece of good news for a game that is also said to be offering plenty in its season pass and goodies for veterans of the series. Combined, this information is getting people pretty excited. Those same people won’t have to wait long as Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is due out on November 6, 2015.
