The rumours about Stefanie Joosten’s involvement in Kojima Productions’ upcoming Death Stranding have been circulating on the internet for some time now. Just last week, we reported on how she took a picture of herself standing next to a poster depicting Mads Mikkelsen, who is also playing a character in the game, and how that might hint at Joosten’s involvement in the project. The actress did, after all, previously portray Quiet in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, and we all know Kojima likes working with people he’s worked with in the past.

And now there’s even more stuff hinting at a role for her in the game. Mads Mikkelsen’s official Twitter account recently retweeted an article by a website that talked about Joosten’s aforementioned tweet. However, what’s even more curious is the fact that shortly afterward, Mikkelsen’s account deleted the tweet in question. If you visit his page right now, you won’t be able to find it.

At this point, Joosten’s involvement in the game is basically all but officially confirmed. Even so, if you’re waiting for a confirmation, stay tuned to GamingBolt and we’ll bring it to you as soon as we have an update. On a related note, Guillermo del Toro retweeted a tweet which included images of Silent Hills and Death Stranding side by side. He is possibly trolling fans but who knows, may be there are some things that Kojima will use in Death Stranding, things which he had originally planned for Silent Hills.
