If you haven’t noticed, Bungie has deployed update 1.2.0 for Destiny. This patch adds some much-needed changes to the Crucible included increased reputation and marks for completing (and winning) matches among other things. While all players have the update, it hasn’t necessarily been activated yet.

In its latest Weekly Update, Bungie has confirmed that update 1.2.0 will go live “sometime after 10 AM PST” on May 12th. Interestingly, it will activate well past the time for the weekly reset and will offer “final preparation and world changes” for when House of Wolves drops.

Even more interestingly, there will be another patch – update 1.2.0.1 – which will serve as the “final delivery and activation of Expansion II”. This will also deploy sometime after 10 AM PST on May 19th so if you thought of taking the day off from work, you might want to shift it to May 20th instead to take full advantage.

Destiny’s House of Wolves will be out on Xbox One, PS4, PS3 and Xbox 360 on May 19th.
