Dishonored 2 Free Trial Releasing on April 6th

Contains first three campaign missions.

Much like it did with DOOM, Bethesda Softworks will release a free trial of Arkane’s Dishonored 2 on April 6th, Thursday for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

The trial will feature the first three campaign missions and it’s possible to play as either Emily or Corvo. As it stands, this is a fairly sizable amount of the game’s content and should let you know what’s in store. As always, if you decide to purchase the full game then your save data from the trial will carry over.

Dishonored 2 released in November 2016 and witnessed lower first week sales than its predecessor. Reviews were generally strong all around but the PC version suffered from a number of performance and mouse-related control issues. Since then, Arkane has cleaned up performance and is currently working on its next big title Prey, out this May.
