Far Cry 3 studio Ubisoft Massive working on a next-gen online RPG

Well that's confirmed.

LinkedIn is a place where people list things to show off their skills, however, games media as thirsty as they are for new information, spot things that normally shouldn’t be revealed, and eventually it gets taken down from the profile.

There have been many leaks before, most notably, Resident Evil 6 and the China location, but this one is pretty good as well.

Playstation Lifestyle spotted the resume of a Ubisoft Massive employee who had written that his studio was working on an “AAA next gen online RPG.”

It’s clear that plenty of publishers are planning for next-gen to arrive, and by next-gen I mean Sony and Microsoft’s consoles to arrive, and it is only logical that more information like this will be uncovered in the future.

“Massive is looking for an experienced Lead Level Designer to join an international team working on a AAA Online RPG,” the post advertises. “In this position you will lead a Level Design team in building the best gameplay experiences ever conceived. For any game. Ever.”

The candidate needs to have “experience working on an online multiplayer, co-operative or open-world game project”. I’m sure they will find many.

The studio’s recent game was a super hit, and we can’t wait to see what they are cooking next.
