Square Enix just concluded their recent Active Time Report Community Special, and while the broadcast didn’t include any significant new information, it did include a section where a lot of questions that fans had asked on Twitter were answered- through this, we learned a lot of smaller tidbits of information on the game.

This new information includes clarification about the game’s world and characters, and also some about its gameplay. For instance, we learned that the game will have no climbing sections or actions, or that it will have a skill tree and a system to learn new abilities. The game will let players save at spots other than camps, it will have a fast travel system, and that the ‘airship’ (which is the flying car) will need to be landed just right, or you will plummet to your death. Game director Hajime Tabata also confirmed that Noctis is 20 years old, Ignis 22 years old, Gladiolus 23 years old, and Prompto 20 years old.

Final Fantasy 15 will be launching on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 30.
