Final Fantasy 15

Final Fantasy 15 is currently coming only on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, owing to the development team’s aim to get the game out as soon as possible for now, rather than working on adding other platforms. However, this focus on simply getting the game finished and out hasn’t stopped Square Enix from considering PlayStation VR support for the game.

In fact, in an  interview with Spanish website Vida Extra, translated by WCCFTechFinal Fantasy 15 director Hajime Tabata suggested that Final Fantasy 15 could even see full PlayStation VR focused DLC after release.

“What we do have is the idea of launching a focused DLC PS VR,” Tabata said. “What you saw at E3 was just a technical demo. I’m talking about a whole new DLC so you can play from VR. Not the whole, of course, would be additional game content, perhaps a particular part of the game to be enjoyed in virtual reality.”

Final Fantasy 15 will launch on Xbox One and PS4 on November 29.
