Star Wars Battlefront 2 New Trailer Will Be Shown Off At Gamescom

The Starfighter Assault Mode will also be shown there.

EA and DICE will have Star Wars Battlefront 2 be the centerpiece of their Gamescom showing, much like at E3. And we can expect a brand new trailer for the game shown off then, EA has confirmed today. So, fans who have been waiting for the next look at the game- 9:30 AM PT on August 21st is the time you want to mark on your calendar.

We don’t actually know whether the trailer will be a single player campaign trailer, or a multiplayer mode one- but judging by the fact that the new Starfighter Assault mode will also be shown off at Gamescom via loads of gameplay footage, I think we can reasonably make an assumption that the trailer might be on that as well.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 will release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on November 15 this year. DICE and EA have taken a lot of feedback from the criticism the first game got- so hopefully this new one ends up being a more memorable experience.
