007 First Light

It’s been a long wait, but 007 First Light is finally here and ready to play after releasing in early access for Deluxe Edition owners yesterday.

IO Interactive released a new trailer to express its heartfelt gratitude to all of us who rooted for them and are going to dive in, even including a special message from CEO and game director Hakan Abrak.

If you’ve somehow managed to miss this one over the last few months, it’s a take on the iconic James Bond that explores who he was before he earned the 007 moniker. That builds the scope for a stealth-action adventure that we absolutely loved, in what is probably the best Bond game there is. There’s so much to like for both fans and newbies who want to see what the fuss is all about, thanks to a balance between cinematic presentation and technically sound gameplay (not to mention strong performance).

IO Interactive has been eager to acknowledge the legacy of its latest projects and remains confident that this will become the Bond adventure we all deserve. Of course, it’s looking to add even more to the experience with new missions for the TacSim, so expect further updates (and the Nintendo Switch 2 version) in the future.
