1) Getting rid of your collection
Without doubt, one of the biggest regrets in gaming has to be a lack of sentimentality. If I knew now how much I’d wish I hadn’t cleared out the loft and relinquished possession of archaic computers and consoles. Gone is the Amstrad CPC 464, the Amiga CD32 and my SEGA Megadrive. No more Atari 2600 and Nintendo Gameboy… What hurts even more than not being able to play my originals of Magical Flying Hat Turbo Adventure, Diggers or Greendog: The Beached Surfer Dude are that a lot of this stuff is actually worth something nowadays and I could have made an absolute fortune! Pfft.
