Buying soon after a game hits the shelves and then seeing the price plunge within a week or so doesn’t just hurt your pocket but also your pride. With retailers fighting for your buck, price wars are inevitable nowadays – but so soon after launch? It’s harsh enough when it’s a new game that sees a big reduction but shelling out cash for a new console only for a better deal or a good-looking bundle to emerge a few weeks later really sucks. Perhaps worth bearing in mind with the imminent release of the Xbone and PS4!
