Modern developers must think we have no real friends. Bar a few select franchises, most games focus on online multiplayer alone, totally shirking those who wish to get the guys round for a proper gaming night. Even more rare is a game that lets you form a team of local players to trash others online. It's probably the Halo series' best feature, one that seems to be emulated by too few other games. The Wii U seems well matched for local play, so we can only hope the other two systems will follow suit.
