16. Far Cry 4

If you thought Far Cry 3’s gameplay was at an insane level, think again. With Far Cry 4, the standards of open world games was raise to an even higher level. Although the base game was similar to Far Cry 3, the amount of verticality added to the level design was second to none. This was primarily due to the change in location which saw the game take place in Kyrat, a place inspired by Nepal. Set amidst massive snow mountains and lush environments, you will easily spend well over a 100 hours if you plan to complete everything the game has to offer.
