Metro 2033
Metro 2033 was a visual beast on the PC. It is a linear game but the textures were simply the best. Post-Apocalyptic Russia is one of the best settings you can use. This game shows how it is done. Be warned that you need a really good PC to enjoy its visuals, but the textures, lighting and the art design stands out in the game. Take a look at the pic below.
