Something of a familiar legend for those who grew up with Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Nintendo GameCube, Giga Bowser is encountered in two ways. In the final Event Mode battle, Event 51, players fight against Ganondorf, Mewtwo, and Giga Bowser, all with three lives each – and clearing this fight unlocks Final Destination as a playable stage, the same arena you duel against the three foes on. To fight against Giga Bowser in Adventure Mode, complete the game in under 18 minutes at a minimum difficulty setting of Normal. In the Adventure Mode fight, he only has one stock to deal with, so reaching him is where more of the difficulty lies. As for Event 51, fighting directly just will not work as the battle starts out with three characters to fight with. It is all to easy to be overwhelmed by the opposing team. Exploiting a safe strategy will be key though there are multiple ways to win. Giga Bowser himself is not overwhelmingly difficult, at the very least.
