4. Jeffry Jones as Doctor Robotnik

Jones' portrayal of that douchey principle in Ferris Bueller's Day Off may not seem like the obvious fit for the mad genius of the Sonic universe, but his unique ginger facial hair offers him a visual similarity to Robotnik. His quirky humour in the role of Edward Rooney would be a further accolade to any live action Sonic movies. That said, I hope one never gets made, as Sonic's reputation is tarnished enough as it is.
