9. Simon Templeman (Kain)
Most of the characters on this list are here for being violent, unhinged and unpredictable. Kain is partly endowed with these characteristics, but his main trait is his intelligence. The guy is king of the vampires after all. This power and smarts makes him an altogether more dangerous antagonist than normal, and his regal manner and sharp mind were perfectly expressed in his voice.
