6. Donkey Kong 64: Gloomy Galleon

I hated this level, in fact I don’t think  I ever finished this game because of this particular level. The mechanics weren’t bad, and driving as that swordfish was a neat idea, ultimately though this entire world just took too long.

What’s with Donkey not having to breath anyway? He’s just underwater for 10 minutes at a time, like some sort of seafaring mammal. It just didn’t seem to fit the game and the entire stage was pretty uninspiring, especially when compared to the rest of the game.
