4. Hitman: Blood Money
It's a subtle one this, but the hooded link between sex and violence was deplored in just the right amounts to offend the general public. Scantily clad women and headshots apparently don't make for tasteful adverts. It's certainly not the worst of the bunch, but it's easy to see why some were offended by this particular advert.
