3. M-920 Cain – Mass Effect 2
Not so dissimilar to Fallout 3's Experimental MIRV above, the Cain is Mass Effect's answer to the handheld nuke launcher. First debuting in Mass Effect 2, it was in the series second instalment that the Cain was a true beast. It cost a fair amount of Iridium to acquire, but boy was it worth it. It was still pretty decent in ME3, but the ammo was a little too scarce to truly let you wreak havoc.
