Just wow... The very title should give you an indication of how inhumane this savage piece of trash is, but it is just as bad as you think. Ethnic Cleansing is an FPS that tasks you as an Aryan who must exterminate various racial minorities. Far from letting this horrific title release, the authorities should actively chase down the developers and lock them up. Seriously, who would even begin to think that this was acceptable?
