4. San Francisco:

Maybe Rockstar should keep in on the West Coast for another game? This city is absolutely stunning, the architecture from the office buildings to the houses are all meant to be pleasing to look at. The days are sunny and the location is busy to keep you active in your pursuit for riches and wealth. The city is right on the coast, and is surrounded by water on each side.

Going for a nice, leisurely boat cruise is still an option. A short drive will also get the player into San Fransisco’s neighbor, Oakland. This location offers a dramatic change in not only the culture and type of people in a short distance, but varying ways of life and all the levels of the social ladder, from poor neighborhoods to upscale, gated communities.
