During your travels, you will come across a rather aged and seemingly incompetent Mayor Es Cade of the Oasis town of the crime-infested Phenac City. Surprisingly, however, he comes around to being the final boss of the game wherein he reveals that he is actually Evice – the head of the main antagonistic force of the game, the Cipher gang.
