It’s a shame that we haven’t ever really had a really good Superman game, and what makes that fact sting even more is that we’ve had quite a few atrocious ones. Perhaps one of the worst of the lot is Superman Returns. Movie tie-ins generally tend to be pretty shoddily put together products, but Superman Returns falls short even of those standards. Somehow, the game managed to perfect the science of boring players to death while playing as Superman. It played like crap, it looked even worse, and remains to this day one of the worst Superman games of all time (which is really saying something).
