9. A Glitch
The most frustrating thing about glitches is that they are never really your fault. All the other deaths on this list require you losing to either the computer or another player, but the glitch death is certainly a failure on the programmers' part, and one you can seldom avoid at that. If I'm stuck in the wall till death it's just bad luck I suppose, but it still hurts.
