88. Messing with the Man (GTA Vice City)
What makes this mission special or messed up is that Tommy goes berserk in this mission as Mitch instructs Tommy to cause chaos in the city. Tommy gets on a bike and causes a city-wide rampage. Destroying vehicles, shooting pedestrians and getting a lot of heat. He manages to fill a chaos bar and beats his mission under two minutes.
