The Saints Row series began to establish its identity for extreme action and off the wall action with the second game. The sheer range of activities expanded to include Trailblazing, wherein one would drive a flaming ATV through traffic, and expanded Mayhem missions to cause the most amount of havoc in the fixed time. The character creator and world was also significantly more detailed than most other games offered at the time.
