10. Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

As a truer successor to GTA III than Vice City, San Andreas gives you the freedom to roam around in your car, bike, and plane and cause carnage, all the while around the vast game land. If you found nothing to occupy you in San Andreas when the story was complete, you were obviously missing out.
