16 – Tomb Raider (2013)

The re-boot of the series, puts Lara Croft to fend for her in an island filled with maniacs, wolves, powerful entities and much more. The game as many of you may have noticed reminded me a lot of Batman Begins. Lara goes through a lot of pain and misery, thus forging her into the Lara that we know. The gameplay is quite good, the exploration is top notch, the visuals are grand, and this game is one of the top contenders for game of the year.
