20. Hikers on top of Mt. Chiliad, the highest vertical point in the game, take pictures of the view:
Every hiker know a good view when they see one and they appreciate the view so much that they take out their phones and take a picture of the view. I love how Rockstar included nature lovers and they gave them this awesome feature, it is probably a cue for the gamer to slow down and appreciate the view themselves.
