By now, all GTA 5 fans know that Trevor is a psychopath, and what you do not do is follow a psychopath; if you do things will go very wrong for you. This feature in the game will make Trevor heavily annoyed if you continue to follow him, and he will go on to beat the living daylights out of you and kill you. Best friends for life.
