48. Stanley Parable- Turn the mind control machine on
I have seen a lot of depressing video game endings, but this is by far the worst one. Imagine you are almost at the end of your life and someone tells you that everything you ever did never mattered, and you are frantically trying to stop the timer that will detonate a bomb. It is just not a great way to end a game but then, who ever believed you could control a mind control machine anyway?
